hbajl Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbajl ("hbajl", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing hbajl.app, creating an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or participating in any promotion offered by hbajl, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the hbajl platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

This Agreement is supplemented by additional policies including hbajl's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published at the time of each offer. All supplementary policies form an integral part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of hbajl is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hbajl strictly enforces an 18+ policy and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hbajl, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hbajl or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and are not using hbajl for any commercial purpose, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

hbajl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

By registering on hbajl, you warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. If any eligibility criterion ceases to apply during the life of your account, you are obligated to notify hbajl immediately and cease using the platform.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one active account on hbajl at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hbajl will close all duplicate accounts, void any bonus winnings, and may withhold funds pending a compliance investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. hbajl is not responsible for consequences arising from your submission of inaccurate registration details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. hbajl recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonus claims made — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hbajl support at [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, hbajl will require completion of its standard KYC verification process. Documents required may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account registered in your name)

hbajl may request additional documentation at its discretion for enhanced due diligence. Documents submitted must be clear, legible, and unaltered. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. During the review period, deposit and betting functionality remains available; withdrawals are held until verification is approved.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hbajl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at hbajl's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed on the platform.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by hbajl, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your hbajl account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In exceptional circumstances involving payment network delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference.

All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming activity on hbajl. hbajl is not a payment processing service and does not permit deposits followed by immediate withdrawal without meaningful platform activity. Such patterns may trigger an anti-fraud review.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: within 2–6 hours of approval
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days

hbajl does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. In cases where a bonus was used to generate a withdrawal-eligible balance, all applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal is permitted.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on hbajl are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. Displaying amounts in any other currency is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to transact in that currency.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

hbajl offers various bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable).

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Players who have previously breached these Terms — including by creating duplicate accounts — are ineligible for any promotion. hbajl reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards if eligibility criteria were not met at the time of the claim.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited to a player's account. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements are cancelled automatically. Real-money balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

5.4 Promotional Abuse

hbajl actively monitors for patterns of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising actual risk, coordinating with other accounts to trigger referral bonuses, and providing false information to qualify for promotional criteria. Where abuse is identified, hbajl reserves the right to void all associated bonus winnings and close the relevant account.

6. Betting and Casino Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on hbajl are governed by the betting rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the platform at the time of bet placement. In general, bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — ICC for cricket, FIFA for international football, and the BCB (Bangladesh Cricket Board) for BPL domestic fixtures.

In-play bets are accepted at hbajl's discretion. hbajl reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice — typically in response to a significant event (wicket, penalty, red card) and briefly during live data reconciliation. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market type. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned, unless sufficient play has occurred to constitute a valid result under the applicable rules.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and virtual table games — are operated in accordance with the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing game-specific rules before wagering real BDT.

RNG-based games use certified random number generation. Outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or account status. The house edge for each game is determined by the game provider and is reflected in the published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for that title.

6.3 Technical Errors and Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, server malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, hbajl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. hbajl is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable software malfunction — where the displayed outcome was not a genuine game result — are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hbajl. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, forfeiture of funds pending investigation, and permanent account closure.

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds onto hbajl.
• Money laundering: Using hbajl as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. hbajl will report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets with knowledge of pre-arranged match results, or using non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Automated betting tools: Using software bots, automated scripts, AI-driven betting tools, or any non-human interface to place bets on hbajl.
• Account collusion: Coordinating with other accounts to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or exploit promotional terms jointly.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for deposits that were legitimately received and used on hbajl. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, using documents belonging to a third party, or misrepresenting your identity in any KYC submission.
• Abuse of platform vulnerabilities: Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or any system vulnerability to gain an unintended advantage. Players who discover genuine errors are expected to report them to [email protected] rather than exploit them.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by hbajl

hbajl reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, a legal obligation requiring suspension, a pending KYC or fraud investigation, or any other circumstance that hbajl deems relevant to the integrity of the platform or the safety of its players.

During a suspension, access to the account balance, pending bets, and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. hbajl will communicate the reason for suspension (to the extent it is legally permitted to do so) and will specify what, if any, documentation or action is required to lift the restriction.

8.2 Closure for Breach

Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, hbajl reserves the right to permanently close the account. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or wilful provision of false identity documentation, hbajl will void all pending balances and report the matter to appropriate authorities. Real-money deposits that cannot be shown to derive from criminal activity may be returned at hbajl's discretion after deducting any losses incurred.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, hbajl will process any real-money balance (net of bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Self-exclusion closure (under the Responsible Gaming policy) follows a separate procedure described on the Responsible Gaming page.

9. Limitation of Liability

hbajl provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular outcome will result from any bet or game.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbajl's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbajl is not liable for the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, data feed error, or server outage
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses resulting from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains typographical or data errors
• Any third-party service interruption affecting deposit or withdrawal processing (including bKash, Nagad, or bank network outages)
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind

Nothing in this clause limits hbajl's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Players in Bangladesh retain such statutory rights as are granted by applicable consumer protection legislation to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded by contract.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments to These Terms

hbajl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policy, bonus rules, or eligibility criteria — hbajl will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or a platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of hbajl following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to give effect to the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and hbajl with respect to your use of the platform. It supersedes all prior representations, communications, or agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.
